Management consultant in New York. I help firms cut slow steps from operations.
Book a callFewer steps. Faster teams.
I help firms with 50 to 500 staff cut slow steps from operations and plan their next stage of growth.
Three ways to work together
- 01
Operations review
I follow a few real jobs from start to finish and mark every wait, handover and repeat. You get a short list of steps to remove first.
- 02
Growth planning
We decide what the firm needs to be able to do at twice its size, and which parts of the business will break before the rest.
- 03
Team workshops
Half-day sessions where your own people draw their process and pick the steps to cut. They own the result.
Firms of the size where it starts to hurt.
Too big for everyone to know everything. Too small for a full operations team.
If a simple job needs three approvals and two spreadsheets, we should talk.
How an engagement runs
Listen
A first call, then a few days of looking and asking.
Map
I draw what really happens, not what the manual says.
Cut
We pick the steps to drop and test the change in one team.
Hand over
You keep the map, the measures and the habit of using them.
Ways to start
A single conversation
An hour on one problem. You leave with next steps.
A short review
A focused look at one team or one process.
A workshop
For a leadership or operations team, in person or online.
A longer project
When the change is big enough to need a plan and a follow-up.
Questions
Do you work with the team or with leadership?
Both. I start with leadership to agree the aim, then work with the people who do the job.
How long does a review take?
Usually a few weeks, depending on how many processes we look at.
Can you work remotely?
Yes, though for operations work I like to spend at least some time on site.
Do you write long reports?
No. You get a short document and a conversation about it.
