We team up closely with our clients from the initial layout idea with prototyping and testing to large-scale manufacturing at our facilities in China, guaranteeing every job's success.

Most custom lithium battery packs require a Battery Management System (BMS) to manage and keep each cell, improve battery utilization via balancing, prevent overcharging and overdischarging, extend battery life, display a fee status (fuel gauge), and even include a module to record the battery's background.

Holo Battery's technical group has the expertise to support every aspect of the process, including 3D modeling and engineering style, hardware/enclosure creation, and designing and making clever battery administration systems utilizing SMBus, RS485, RS232, or CANBUS protocols.
