Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 01 January 2025

This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between listingsbiz.com (“Provider”) and the customer identified in an applicable Order Form (“Customer”). This Agreement governs Customer’s access to and use of the Services.

1. Services

Provider offers a cloud-based business listing and discovery platform (“Services”) and may update or modify the Services from time to time.

2. Use of Services

Customer may use the Services solely for lawful business purposes and is responsible for all activity conducted through its accounts and authorized users.

3. Customer Content

Customer retains ownership of all submitted content and grants Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content solely for providing the Services. Customer is responsible for content legality and compliance.

4. Acceptable Use

Customer shall not misuse the Services, submit unlawful or misleading content, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with the security or availability of the Services.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

Provider processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. Customer confirms it has the legal right to submit all data.

6. Suspension & Termination

Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Services for material breach, unlawful use, or security risks. Upon termination, access to the Services will cease.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Provider’s total liability shall not exceed fees paid by Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Provider is not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content accessed through the Services.

10. Entire Agreement & Amendments

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Updates may be made in writing or through published revisions.
