What VIP includes
VIP gives one listing a one-page website on its listing address, reviewed by our team, plus page views, click counts and a QR code in your account. One VIP licence covers one listing.
Billing
VIP is $2 a month or $12 a year, or the price shown at checkout. It renews at the end of each period until you cancel. We tell you before a price change applies to a future period.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your listing returns to a free listing and the VIP page is switched off.
Refunds
If you are not happy, write to us within refund window to confirm of paying and we will refund that payment. After that, payments for a period already used are not refunded, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
Your page content
You are responsible for what your VIP page says. It must include a working contact email and follow our terms and conditions. We may remove scripts, forms and code that are unsafe or not allowed.
Removal
If a VIP page breaks the rules we may unpublish it. When that is our decision and not caused by you, we refund the unused part of the period.
