Verify your licence key

Verifying links your licence key to your account and checks with Gumroad that your plan is active.

Steps

1. Open My account → Add VIP Page.
2. In step 1, paste your key into Paste the key from your Gumroad receipt.
3. Press Verify.
4. A green label shows your plan (VIP · monthly or yearly · active). The key is shown masked.

What the labels mean

Label	Meaning
Active	Your plan is paid and your page can be published
Payment failed	Gumroad could not take your payment. Fix it on Gumroad: your page goes offline if it stays unpaid
Ended	You cancelled and the paid period is over
Refunded	The payment was refunded, so VIP stopped

If verification fails

• Copy the key again and check there are no extra spaces.
• Make sure it is the key for ListingsBiz VIP, not another product.
• If Gumroad does not answer, wait a minute and try again.
• A key already used by another account cannot be verified again: contact us.

We check your key with Gumroad again every hour. If your plan stops, we tell you by email before anything goes offline.

Change key or upgrade

Press Change key or upgrade to enter a new key, for example when you move from monthly to yearly.
