Listing statuses explained
Pending, Live, Rejected, Suspended and Draft — what each one means.
You can see the status of each listing in My Businesses.
| Status | What it means | Who can see the listing |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for review | Only you and our team |
| Live | Approved and public | Everyone |
| Rejected | Needs changes — read the reason | Only you and our team |
| Suspended | Stopped by our team | Only you and our team |
| Draft | Not submitted | Only you and our team |
Preview
For any listing that is not live, Preview shows how it will look. A bar at the top says "Not public" with the status and, for rejected or suspended listings, the reason.
Only Live listings appear in search, categories and on Google.
