Add Google Search Console, Analytics and other tracking: copy and paste
Where to copy each ID, and where to paste it in your VIP tab. Six tools, one simple idea.
Every tracking tool works the same way in your VIP tab: copy one ID or one tag from the tool, and paste it in the matching box. You never paste code. We add the tracking to your live page for you.
Where to paste
Open My account → Add VIP Page (or Edit VIP page) and scroll to Your own tracking (optional). There is one box for each tool.
What to copy for each tool
| Tool | Box in your VIP tab | What you copy | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Search Console | Search Console tag | The <meta> tag (or only its code) | Google Search Console |
| Google Analytics | Google Analytics ID | Measurement ID, like G-XXXXXXXXXX | Google Analytics |
| Facebook (Meta) Pixel | Facebook Pixel ID | The numeric Pixel ID | Facebook Pixel |
| Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft Clarity ID | The Project ID | Microsoft Clarity |
| TikTok Pixel | TikTok Pixel ID | The Pixel ID | TikTok Pixel |
| LinkedIn Insight Tag | LinkedIn Partner ID | The numeric Partner ID | LinkedIn Insight Tag |
The same four steps every time
- Copy your page address from the VIP tab (for example
listingsbiz.com/biz/your-name/). - Add it in the tool as your website or property.
- Copy the ID or tag the tool gives you.
- Paste it in the matching box in your VIP tab, then save or send your page for review.
Tracking runs on your live page only, not in the preview. If you add or change an ID after your page is live, send the update for review. It starts working when our team approves it.
All of this is optional. You can add one tool now and the others later.
If a box shows an error
We check the format of every ID. If you see Please check the …, you probably copied too much or too little. Open the guide for that tool: each one shows an example of the right format.
Tracking you paste inside your own HTML is removed for safety. Use the boxes in your VIP tab instead.
Some countries ask for a cookie notice when you use tracking. Check the rules where your visitors live.
