Renewal, cancelling and when a page goes offline
What happens when you renew, cancel, miss a payment or get a refund.
Billing is handled by Gumroad. Manage your plan there, and we follow what Gumroad tells us.
Renewal
VIP renews each month or year until you cancel. Keep your payment method up to date on Gumroad.
Cancel
- Open your Gumroad receipt email or your Gumroad library.
- Choose the VIP subscription and press Cancel.
VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
When a payment fails
- We email you that your plan needs attention.
- Your page goes offline after 5 hours if the payment is not fixed.
- Fix the payment on Gumroad and the page comes back at the same address.
When a plan ends or is refunded

What visitors see
An offline page shows a short "paused" message for 7 days so Google rankings survive a short break. After that the page is gone. If you renew, the page returns at the same address.
Come back later
Buy a new key or renew, press Change key or upgrade in the VIP tab and verify it. Your page and images are kept.
