VIP troubleshooting
Fixes for the most common VIP problems.
I cannot find the VIP tab
Open My account → Add VIP Page (the VIP page itself is in My Businesses → VIP Business). If it is missing, sign out and in again, or contact us.
My key will not verify
- Copy it again without spaces.
- Check it is for ListingsBiz VIP.
- A key can only be linked to one account.
- If Gumroad is slow, wait a minute and retry. See Verify your licence key.
The Submit button is disabled
It says Verify your licence key to send your page for review. Verify your key in step 1 first.
My images do not show
- Look at the thumbnails in step 4. A "!" means the file is missing: upload it again.
- Make sure your HTML uses
logo.pngandhero.jpg. - Keep each file under 2 MB.
- Preview again. If the live page lacks an image but the preview shows it, contact us with the page address.
The preview looks different from my AI's page
Scripts, forms and unsafe code are removed. See Page HTML rules.
The page check says my contact email is missing
Add a button or link like <a href="mailto:you@yourbusiness.com">Email me</a>.
We asked for changes
Open the status card, read the note, fix it and press Update the version in review.
My page went offline
Your plan is probably not active. See Renewal, cancelling and when a page goes offline.
Google does not show my page yet
New pages can take days or weeks. Add your page to Search Console (see Google, SEO and tracking) and keep the page content useful.
