Which emails you receive and how to stop news and offers.
Always sent (about your account and listings)
- Login codes.
- Submission received — when you submit or re-submit a listing.
- Listing approved, Listing rejected (with the reason), Listing suspended.
- Listing deleted — when you delete a listing.
- Account restricted / restriction removed.
- Submission blocked — when the form found links or spam.
- VIP page emails — page received, approved, needs changes, rejected, key reminders and plan notices. See Review, status and going live.
Optional
- Welcome email.
- Tips, news and offers.
Stop news and offers
- Untick "Send me tips, news, offers and optional notices" in Settings, or
- click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter and confirm.
Unsubscribing stops news and offers only. You will still get login codes and messages about your listings and your plan.
