What we check before approving
The checklist our team uses — follow it to be approved first time.
Every new listing is reviewed by a person. Free listings are reviewed within 48 hours and VIP pages within 10 hours (targets). You see the decision in your account as soon as there is one, and an approval email arrives right away.
Our checklist
| Field | We check that… |

| Name | It is your real name or brand — no keywords, slogans or locations |
| Tagline | It is short and describes what you do |
| Contact email | It works and belongs to you (see Contact email) |
| Website | It opens and belongs to you |
| Phone | It is a real number with the right country code |
| Address & zip | They are complete and real (local businesses) |
| Category & country | They match what you do and where |
| Description | It is original, clear and has no links |
| Logo | It is your real logo or photo |
| Duplicates | You are not already listed |
A listing that passes all of the above is usually approved without changes.
