What we check before approving
The checklist our team uses — follow it to be approved first time.
Every new listing is reviewed by a person. Most listings are reviewed within 24–48 hours. You get an email as soon as there is a decision.
Our checklist
| Field | We check that… |
|---|---|
| Business name | It is your real brand name — no keywords, slogans or locations |
| Tagline | It is short and describes what you do |
| Business email | It works and belongs to the business (see Business email) |
| Website | It opens and belongs to the business |
| Phone | It is a real number with the right country code |
| Address & zip | They are complete and real (local businesses) |
| Category & location | They match what you do and where |
| Description | It is original, clear and has no links |
| Logo | It is your real logo |
| Duplicates | The business is not already listed |
A listing that passes all of the above is usually approved without changes.
