Account limits and restrictions
Why you may not be able to add or edit listings, and what to do.

Our team can limit an account that breaks the rules — for example repeated duplicates, repeated rejections or spam.
Types of limits
- Cannot add new listings.
- Cannot edit listings.
- Or both.
What you see
A banner at the top of every account page, for example "Your account cannot add new listings at the moment", with the reason and the end date if there is one. We also send you an email when a limit is added and when it is removed.
Your live listings stay visible while your account is limited.
What to do
Wait for the end date, or reply to our email if you think it is a mistake.
