Logo, favicon and hero image

A VIP page can use three images: a logo, a favicon and one hero image. This keeps pages fast and safe.

Rules

• JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF.
• 2 MB at most for each file.
• Real image files only. No other file types are accepted.
• Files are saved with random names, so you never need to match a file name on disk.

Upload

1. In step 4, find Images (logo, favicon and one hero image only).
2. Press Upload next to Logo, Favicon or Hero image and choose your file.
3. To change one, press Replace. To remove one, press Delete.

An image your live page uses cannot be deleted. Replace it instead.

Use them in your HTML

In your page, refer to them by these names. We swap in the real address:

• logo.png for your logo
• hero.jpg for your hero image

The favicon is added to your page automatically.

Sizes that work well

Image	Suggested size
Logo	Square or wide, at least 400 px, transparent background if possible
Favicon	Square, 256 × 256 px
Hero	1600 × 900 px or wider

The image does not show

• Check the file uploaded (a thumbnail appears). A "!" means the file is missing: upload it again.
• Check your HTML uses exactly logo.png or hero.jpg.
• Preview again. If it still fails, see VIP troubleshooting.
